Safety pallet gate type SG5 - folding and swinging

The SG5 sliding folding safety pallet gate is very useful for the handling of high pallets under low ceilings. It can also be installed behind doors (sliding or with curtains, etc.), and adapts to its environment. The guardrail of this sliding gate can be folded away by grouping the 3 rails together.

When the pallet gate is in the open position on the edge of the void, the three front rails are grouped together at the top in a restricted space and the rear guardrail is unfolded to make the deposit area safe. The pallet is deposited inside the safety gate. The operator manipulates the rear guardrail by pivoting it, which unfolds the front part to recreate a standard guardrail in the upper part. Access to the pallet is possible while ensuring optimum safety for the operator via the guardrail on the empty side. The pallet lock gate is in a closed position.

This safety pallet gate type frees up more height for the pallets thanks to its kinematics: high pallets can be handled under ceilings of restricted height.

It is available in stainless steel or aluminium versions, and can be automated on request.
