Safety pallet gate type SG1 - swinging

In the loading position, the front guardrail is raised above the edge of the void and the pallet gate is "open". The supports and the rear guardrail close off access to the pallet removal area. The pallet is placed inside the sluice part of the gate. Once this operation is completed, the operator handles the pallet lock gate by tilting the rear guardrail, which simultaneously closes the front guardrail at the edge of the void. The swinging gate is in a so-called "closed" position. Access to the pallet is possible whilst being safe, as the front guardrail ensures the continuity of the guardrails at the edge of the void. Once the pallet has been evacuated, the safety gate can be returned to the "open" position.

To prevent small objects from falling, the front rail can be screened or filled in for increased safety.

This model is very flexible to handle.

It is also available in stainless steel, aluminium or ganvanised version.
