This mobile ladder AC2M provides safe access to the dome for routine operations such as checking, opening/closing manholes, cleaning and sampling.
NEW: the mobile safety ladder has a sliding surface that takes account of the difference in tank heights, and can be adjusted by sliding the upper part of the ladder to the required height. The top section locks into place, providing stable access. No need for tedious adjustment using a winch or other accessory - a simple upward movement is all that it takes! The guardrail on the outside secures the access area around the sliding surface.
The AC2M ladder can be moved manually.
"2 in 1": Extremely sturdy, the safety ladder can be moved longitudinally or perpendicularly to the tanker (optional), thus avoiding untimely manoeuvers. The ladder can be moved either longitudinally or perpendicularly to the tank, avoiding the need for untimely manoeuvers. This double movement facility with one single device allows the operator to approach the vehicle from the front or to create a passage between two tanks parked side by side.
While working on the tank, the operator can work in complete safety within the overhang, which forms a safety cage.
